Sovereign Ledger (mobile app) and the exchange-rate service at api.exchange.dev.adetify.com · Effective October 2, 2026

The short version

Sovereign Ledger works without an account. We do not collect names, email addresses, contacts, location, or identifiers. We run no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no third-party trackers. Your conversion history lives only on your device — and you can delete it with one tap (Account → Clear Local Ledger).

What the app stores

On your device only: your display name (optional), chosen currencies, preferences (notifications, data plan), and your recorded exchange history. None of it is uploaded anywhere.
Network requests: the app requests live and historical exchange rates from our own service. Requests contain currency codes and date ranges — nothing that identifies you.
Permissions: Internet access only. The app requests no camera, contacts, storage, or location permissions.

What the exchange-rate service logs

Like any web service, our backend processes IP addresses transiently to answer requests, and caches rate data (currency pairs and values only — never linked to a person). We keep operational logs for reliability and abuse prevention, and do not sell or share them.

Third parties

To serve rates, our backend queries upstream exchange-rate providers. These lookups are anonymous and initiated by our servers, not your device. No third party receives data about you from us.

Children

Sovereign Ledger is a utility app and is not directed at children under 13.

Your rights

Because we don't collect personal data, there is nothing to export or delete on our side. Everything local is under your control in the app's Account screen at any time.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the effective date above updates and the app's release notes mention it.
